Production capacity has surged again! Our factory has completed the expansion of intelligent production lines, greatly improving the batch delivery capacity of hot-dip galvanized/stainless steel/aluminum alloy bridge frames in the entire series.

Recently, the intelligent upgrade project of our production base located in Cangzhou Industrial Park, Hebei Province has been fully completed and put into operation. This time, a total of 12 sets of equipment have been added, including CNC laser cutting, fully automatic bending units, robot welding assembly lines, fully automatic hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion production lines, and complete sets of aluminum alloy anodizing equipment, achieving integrated and synchronized production of five major materials: hot-dip galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, fireproof, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy bridge frames. The four major structural products of groove, ladder, tray, and large-span are fully covered, and the overall annual production capacity has directly doubled, exceeding the 60000 ton mark.

As a local one-stop cable tray manufacturer in Cangzhou, the factory covers a total area of over 30000 square meters and is divided into five independent standardized workshops: carbon steel processing area, stainless steel precision processing area, aluminum alloy lightweight production area, fireproof spraying workshop, and finished product storage area.

It is equipped with a 10000 ton regular raw material warehouse and can simultaneously undertake domestic large-scale infrastructure general contracting orders of tens of millions and overseas large-scale export orders.

After the upgrade, the entire process is digitized and controlled: from sheet cutting, integrated molding, welding and polishing, surface anti-corrosion to finished product inspection and export packaging, the entire process is automated, and manual errors are greatly reduced; The pickling and passivation, aluminum alloy anodizing, and thickening hot-dip zinc coating processes of 304/316 stainless steel bridge frames are optimized synchronously, and the salt spray, fire resistance, and load-bearing detection indicators are all superior to the national standard specifications.

At present, the workshop implements 24-hour shift production, and there is sufficient stock of conventional specifications of trough, ladder, and tray type cable trays. The customization cycle for 6m long span cable trays and non-standard shaped parts has been shortened by 40%.

The delivery cycle for large-scale projects such as domestic power grids, new energy, chemical parks, and municipal renovation has been compressed to 7-15 days. At the same time, we can provide standardized export packaging, a full set of English testing qualifications, and batch shipping services for overseas customers in the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

The person in charge stated that this expansion aims to simultaneously strengthen the domestic engineering supply strength, support international market development, rely on the convenient land and sea logistics advantages of Cangzhou, and rely on the production advantages of all categories to create a large-scale bridge export manufacturing base in North China, capable of undertaking long-term supply cooperation for various large-scale long-term engineering projects at home and abroad.
