Product Definition Stainless steel large-span cable tray, reinforced with thickened 201/304/316L stainless steel, with double-layer bending of side plates and multiple longitudinal reinforcement bars added to the bottom plate. The standard length of a single section is 6m, and the conventional support span is 3-6m. The reinforced customized version can reach 9-12m, with a full load deflection of ≤ L/200 and a safety factor of ≥ 1.5. Relying on the long-term anti-corrosion of stainless steel with its own chromium nickel passivation film, it takes into account the four advantages of ultra large span, heavy load bearing, strong corrosion resistance, and high temperature and cleanliness. It is suitable for long-distance heavy load corrosion environments in coastal areas, chemical industries, offshore platforms, and large steel structure factories. Mainstream materials: 1.201 Stainless steel: Low cost, only suitable for dry indoor non corrosive branch lines, easy to rust when wet; 2.304 stainless steel: 18 chromium and 8 nickel, resistant to weak acid and alkali, mild salt spray, commonly used in the market mainstream; 3.316/316L stainless steel: with added molybdenum element, highly resistant to chloride ions, low-carbon welding without intergranular corrosion, suitable for coastal, offshore, and heavy chemical applications. Ⅱ. Complete production process flow 1. Strengthen integrated molding: The board is thickened by 2.0-4.0mm, the side panels are double layered with rolled edges, the groove/tray bottom plate is reinforced with ribs, and the ladder style is reinforced with 150mm thick ladder stops; 6m whole board integrated processing, matched with 6m long complete set of bent and tee shaped parts; There are three types of structures: ladder type, tray type, and trough type. 2. Acid pickling, passivation and anti-corrosion: degreasing cleaning → acid pickling, passivation and drying, divided into HL drawing and BA mirror polishing, to generate a permanent rust proof passivation film without the risk of coating peeling. 3. Accessory matching: The connectors, support arms, and bolts are made of stainless steel of the same grade to prevent electrochemical corrosion of dissimilar metals. Ⅲ. Complete set of stainless steel large-span matching accessories 1. Direct accessories: thickened stainless steel connecting plate, 304/316 stainless steel bolts, stainless steel grounding braided tape; 2. Irregular parts: 6m integrated horizontal bending, vertical up and down bending, tee, four-way, reducing and variable diameter; 3. Functional components: 6m long stainless steel cover plate, stainless steel partition plate, fireproof partition board; 4. Supporting components: thickened stainless steel support arms, extended columns, seismic resistant supports and hangers. Ⅳ. Seven core advantages 1. With a super large support span, the number of supporting arm columns is reduced by 60%, and the comprehensive cost of manual support is reduced by more than 30%. No intermediate columns are required for crossing equipment and roads; 2. Double layer rolled edge+multiple reinforcement bars, uniformly distributed load of 300-1000kg/m across a 6m span, long-term heavy load without deflection or deformation; 3. The native passivation film has a long-term anti-corrosion effect, with a lifespan of 20-30 years for 304 and over 30 years for 316L in marine environments. It has no coating peeling and is maintenance free in the later stage; 4.6m ultra long single section with fewer splicing nodes, improving lifting construction efficiency by 50% and shortening the construction period; 5. The ladder/tray/trough structure is fully covered, and one set of cable trays meets the strong and weak electrical main wiring needs of the factory area; 6. The body is non combustible and can withstand high temperatures up to 1400 ℃. There is no melting or dripping during a fire, no toxic smoke, and no hidden danger of fireproof coating failure; 7. The surface is smooth and washable, with no rust residue, suitable for sterile clean workshops in food and medicine. Ⅴ. Applicable scenarios 1. Long distance heavy-duty high-voltage cable backbone for large steel structure factories and logistics warehouses; 2. Coastal ports, offshore wind power, seawater desalination, offshore platforms (high salt spray forced 316L); 3. Long distance cross equipment wiring for acid-base corrosion in chemical, electroplating, and sewage treatment plants; 4. Coastal tunnels, comprehensive pipe galleries, and overhead cables crossing roads in factory areas; 5. A large number of 10kV high-voltage cables are centrally laid in photovoltaic, substation, and metallurgical plant areas; 6. Long distance distribution corridors in sterile and clean factory areas for food and dairy products; 7. Outdoor wiring and unmanned outdoor pipe galleries above 8 meters in airports and high-speed railway stations. Ⅵ. Key points of construction and installation specifications 1. All supporting arms, columns, and bolts are made of stainless steel of the same grade, and the mixing of carbon steel fittings is prohibited; 2. The 6-meter bridge is lifted synchronously at two points, and a middle support column is added when the span exceeds 6m; 3. Each section of the bridge is grounded with stainless steel braided straps, and repeated grounding is added for tunnels, offshore areas, and chemical industries. The total grounding resistance is ≤ 4 Ω; 4. Stainless steel partition plates must be installed on the bridge for strong and weak electricity, and 6m stainless steel cover plates must be added throughout the outdoor and pipe galleries; 5. High voltage, tunnel, and vertical shaft main supporting seismic supports and hangers; 6. Smooth cutting and polishing on site, locally passivated in severely corrosive environments, no need for anti-corrosion paint; 7. Install and verify the deflection of the bridge frame, with a sag not exceeding 1/200 of the span, and reinforce the support if it exceeds the limit; 8. Install expansion joints for long-distance outdoor use to counteract thermal expansion and contraction deformation; 9. Install fire-resistant sealing for wall penetrations and floor slabs to block the spread of flames and smoke; 10. After the completion of the food cleaning workshop, wipe the entire area to remove metal installation debris.
